The SAYSO project is composed of 6 work packages, each dealing with a specific thematic:
Led by THW (Federal Agency for Technical Relief, Germany), WP1 will ensure compliance with the 'ethics requirements' about personal data protection and human participants involvement.
Led by THW, WP2 will establish practitioners’ requirements, identify relevant legal, ethical and social frameworks, review the State-of-the-Art regarding the key characteristics of existing Multi-Stakeholders Situational Awareness Systems and define the features to be further specified in WP3.
Led by ISCC (Austria), WP3 will design the SAYSO Multi-Stakeholders Situational Awareness Systems Specifications and Reference Architecture and provide recommendations for future MSSAS implementations.
Led by KEMEA (Greece), WP4 will prepare the tender documents for future Multi-Stakeholders Situational Awareness Systems procurement and future research and development programmes and will provide a structured approach and recommendations to evaluate Multi-Stakeholders Situational Awareness Systems tenders.
Led by ARTTIC (France), WP5 will organise interactions with external stakeholders, to provide the necessary feedback to optimise the project results. WP5 will leverage results and create awareness in the SAYSO Network and Community.
Led by THW, WP6 will coordinate the activities, provide governance, and is in charge of managing legal and ethics issues.
