The SAYSO Consortium is composed of 12 partners from 8 different European countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, Sweden, and the United Kingdom).
The SAYSO partners have extensive experience in European collaborations, in particular in the area of Civil Protection. The SAYSO consortium will be coordinated by THW (Federal Agency for Technical Relief) and will include 3 practitioner‐users ensuring a strong practitioner‐user focus for the project and 9 expert users specialised in the different fields relevant for the project (procurement, standardisation, ICT architecture, human factors, ethics and legal aspects).

CNet is an RTD software house specialising in technologies for the Internet of Things (IoT). CNet provides consultancy, software products and services in the IoT domain. Technology areas include middleware architectures, gateways and platforms with application in eHealth, smart homes and infrastructure monitoring. The company has an extensive experience from EU collaborative research projects. CNet is a spin‐off company from Swedish IT research and was originally founded in 1998 by a research group from SISU, The Swedish Institute for Systems Development.
CNet will bring expertise and experience in middleware architecture and systems, ICT interoperability and domain knowledge in IoT applications.
In SAYSO, as Middleware Partner, CNet will assume the role of technical architecture analyst, contribute to the middleware architecture analysis and specification effort, and to the analysis and specification work for the SAYSO Reference Architecture.
